Lighthouse would like to advise that the trading and redeeming of shares in the Fund has been suspended since 19th January 2008.

Lighthouse is currently pursuing legal action against its Developer for alleged fraud and/or misappropriation of funds invested by Lighthouse into Spanish developments ostensibly owned or managed by the Developer and/or its Directors. We believe this action to be in the best interests of our shareholders. The firm representing Lighthouse in this case is European Legal Solutions, Fuengirola, Malaga, Spain.
